Eclipsed by cuteness

Here in Columbia today, it's all about Solar Eclipse 2017.
Somebody wasn't too happy at being asked to pose wearing eclipse shades.
Dagny is in the throes of a summer cold. She has a fever.
See those flushed cheeks? Motrin has been administered.
By the time this offering auto-posts at 2:44 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, totality will have come and gone.
As I write, it's beginning to look very strange outside. The wilting heat is subsiding, temporarily.
I'd better grab my shades and look up.
And that is all for now.

Happy Eclipsing

I'm so sorry precious Dagny not feeling well. Sure hope she's better soon!
We were in total darkness here. :)
xoxo
Aww - poor Dagny! She looks cute in those specs though And I bet she is happy to have her grandparents around again!
The eclipse was not a big deal here. Kind of went a little dim and hazy and that was all.
As always, Darlin' Dagny is a beauty.
@Sally ... Thank you, dear! We were in the path of totality and it wasn't total darkness here, but like just before nighttime. It was awesome. xoxo
@Mari ... I think she is. I know we were glad to see her. xoxo
@Judy ... Michigan wasn't in the path. Since we were in the path of totality and experienced it for nearly three minutes, it was a big deal here. I've never seen anything like it and never will again. xoxo
Awwww, poor little girl. Summer colds are sooo nasty....
Hope it was interesting there.
It was quite under-whelming here. :-))))))
Poor Dagny! It is no fun to have a cold any time of the year, but in the summer, it seems like such a downer. Hope she gets over it soon.
Our grandchildren had an eclipse party of 18 children. Ben said he was leaving the house to work elsewhere. It looks like they had a great time. Ainsley makes everything so special for the children.
Ben asked me if I had my glasses ready for the eclipse. I said, "No way! I can only see half of the moon and sun on any given day anyway." He laughed.
