O Holy Night: Josh Groban
And here, as promised, is Josh ... singing my favorite Christmas hymn.
~:~:~:~:~
Let the Stable Still Astonish
Let the stable still astonish;
Straw-dirt floor, dull eyes,
Dusty flanks of donkeys, oxen;
Crumbling, crooked walls;
No bed to carry that pain.
And then, the child, rag-wrapped
And laid to cry in a trough.
Who would have chosen this?
Who would have said: "Yes,
Let the God of all the heavens
and earth be born here, in this place"?
Who but the same God
Who stands in the darker, fouler rooms
of our hearts and says, "Yes ...
Let the God of Heaven and Earth
be born here -- in this place."

Merry Christmas Mrs. Weber!
Same to you, Madison! Give my regards to your folks and have a wonderful Christmas. Tell your dad that Andrew is working hard here just like he does there! ;-)
Josh is perfection. I didn't buy his new CD but I will. I can't believe how sick you were. I hope everyone is well on this special day. Thank you for your friendship in 2008. Have a wonderful Christmas.
And a very Merry Christmas to you and yours, Jennifer!
Merry Christmas Jenny! :)

Merry Christmas, Jenny!
P.S. Present for you over at WSFD :)
Aaah ... what a voice! *Sigh*
I am so sorry for my late reply, have been in North Carolina with my sweet grand-baby the last week. Driving down there a few days before Christmas we of course had CD's in the car (but not this one). I turned off a CD and switched to radio and it was this song! Absolutely beautiful, not many can sing it like Josh Groban.Hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your family and loved ones.
What a heavenly voice! Wondrous!
