More Critter Therapy
One of the great things about being a blogger is that if you stay with it for awhile, you've built up a backlog of blog posts that not many people have read! So then if you wish you had the energy to post, or a topic to post about, and don't, you can reach back, back, back ... being extra careful not to tip your chair over ... and offer your readers a story you wrote six or eight months ago when they probably weren't reading you because they didn't know you existed! Today is such a day and for your reading pleasure if you have the time and are so inclined, I direct you to the archived post Glib Canines And Guilty Consciences. Just click there on the gold words! I hope you like it. Happy Weekend, everyone!

Loved the stories. I have to tell you that my dog does say one word: Out. Except he pronounces it "Owwwww" and only when he really has to go.
Awwwwww! I saw his pic on your blog and what a cutie he is! And he tells the truth when he talks! LOL!
Jenny, I love your stuff, but honestly... you write like a girl.
How about throwing a pirate or maybe a hard-boiled private detective into one of your disgustingly cute stories about lovable animal companions.
I'll still read you 'cause you're so funny, but I hate feeling all "girly".
@ Don ... I figure you're man enough for both of our blogs, if not the entire Internet!
You must not have read Car Wars! That one featured a hard-boiled car salesman!
And if I had the pirate, I wouldn't throw him but keep him all to myself ...
I liked your dog tales! My older (ten year old) canine understands my every word. It took a long time, but he finally did it. Now I wonder if he can read and write?
PS I love reaching way back (to late summer '07) when I don't have the time to post!
I love them girly critter stories, especially the glib canine. I have an uncle who tells whoppers all the time, and many in the family disapprove of his treatment of the truth. Me, I just love the stories.
@ Keli ... any and all of your posts are a joy to read and re-read! And that's some doggie you've got there ... I'll bet he can write almost as good as you. But not quite.
@ Sid ... I'm with you on that ... give me a good story any time. The funnier the better! I had an uncle like that too, God rest him. He could spin a yarn like no one before or since.
I want Key Lime cheesecake right now. Can you send a slice? You've got so much invested already, what's another $10 for refrigerated shipping? Yum.
LOL! The price of this cheesecake is rising exponentially! Wish you were here to share a slice with me though, Cheryl. I think that would be fun!
