Consider the possum-bilities

First I want to tell you about the possum I met while leaving church last Sunday.

No; he did not greet me in the pew and offer the right paw of fellowship.

He was quite stuck in a cage and chilling in the back of a red pickup. In the parking lot.

He'd suffered a capture. Several men and kids were admiring him.

Of course I had my camera. I am always thinking of you.

He needs to simmer down.

He probably would have enjoyed a pizza.

Ants everywhere thank me

Remember last week when I had difficulty ordering pizza?

And in the course of experiencing problems ordering pizza, I caught a typo in the Hungry Howie's online coupons?

Well naturally I mouthed off shared on Twitter about the ant toppings coupon.

And Hungry Howie's noticed, and they offered me free cinnamon bread if we ordered pizza on Ten Buck Tuesday.

So last Tuesday, we did.

Delicious. Especially the cinnamon bread.

And it came complete with hand-drawn artwork and the thanks of ants everywhere.

Which I thought was rather charming.

Although I shudder to think how Hungry Howie's knows "ants everywhere" enough to convey their gratitude.

Not to mention draw them so convincingly.

Speaking of convincing and charming ...

Cadillac style

Then there is this Cadillac commercial.

I love me some fine Cadillac wheels.

And I love it that Cadillac has gotten flak for the blatant Amercanism of the ad. As in: Liberals were outraged by this ad. Outraged!

You've got to love that.

However, I won't drive an electric Cadillac.

Well, just give me the "stuff" and I will work to be able to obtain whatever my little heart desires. Haha...Possum fella' is only pretty because he had an excellent photographer do his photo-shoot. Poor HH can't claim to have ant-toppings anymore, and how nice of them to treat you so great. Now to the commercial...N'est -ce pas?...why, yes it is!!!! ;-)
