Her glad tomorrow was today
There waits for me a glad tomorrow
Where gates of pearl swing open wide
And when I've passed this vale of sorrow
I'll dwell upon the other side.
Someday, beyond the reach of mortal ken
Someday, God only knows just where and when
The wheels of mortal life shall all stand still
And I shall go to dwell on Zion's hill.
Someday I'll hear the angels singing
Beyond the shadows of the tomb
And all the bells of heaven ringing
While saints are singing "Home, sweet home."
Someday my labors will be ended,
And all my wand'rings will be o'er
And all earth's broken ties be mended
And I shall sigh and weep no more.
Someday the dark clouds will be rifted
And all the night of gloom be past
And all life's burdens will be lifted
The day of rest shall dawn at last.
Someday, beyond the reach of mortal ken
Someday, God only knows just where and when
The wheels of mortal life shall all stand still
And I shall go to dwell on Zion's hill.

She was a beautiful lady and leaves a wonderful legacy in her children, grandchildren and great grands. I'm so thankful she is now healed and with her Lord!
Praying for all of you in the days ahead.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your sweet mother Many thoughts and prayers for you and your family. "When la oved one becomes a memory that memory becomes a treasure" I hope many treasured memories for you.
How she can be so healthy one day and gone a few weeks later.
Just think how busy she is, now in Heaven. So much to hear and to see Jesus? What a wonderful day that will be.
Love to you and all her family. She will be so missed, but the memories to talk about, will lift all of you.

@Sydney ... Thank you my dear friend. xoxo
@Jeanette ... We certainly do have a trove of treasured memories. We talked and talked about them yesterday and I'm sure we will continue to do so. xoxo
@Judy ... I agree; it was three months of disbelief that this could even be happening. And you are right: She is enjoying heaven, and loving it, and we do miss her but we'll share memories for many years, until we too are gone. Thank you for caring. xoxo
Your mother's spirit shines in her smile. Though she is gone from you, she'll live on in your heart. I send you hugs and shed some tears for your loss, dear Jenny.
@Barb ... She did indeed have a heartfelt smile! Thanks for your tears as I know they are sincere, and for your thoughts because I know you understand. xoxo
